Can I get a copy of a meeting?
DVD copies of City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are available by filling out an Open Records Request through the City Secretary’s Office. Minutes and audio recordings for other Boards may also be available. There may be a cost for copies of DVDs and recordings. Call 817.410.3182 for additional information.

When are agendas posted?
Agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. City Council meeting agendas are posted after 5:00 p.m. the Friday prior to the meeting.

When will the minutes of a meeting be available?
Minutes are usually approved at the next regularly scheduled meeting and will be posted following that meeting.

Why do the City Council and Planning & Zoning Commission meet together?
City Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission meet on the third Tuesday of every month to allow both groups to hear from the applicants and public in one setting. Each group meets separately to deliberate. Contact the City Secretary’s Office at 817.410.3182 for additional information.
