The written Police Officer Selection Test (POST) developed by Stanard & Associates is designed to measure basic skills such as reading, writing and arithmetic. Applicants will have 75 minutes to take the exam, and must pass at a 70% or greater to move on to the physical assessment.

Check-in time will be open for 30 minutes prior to the start of the test. No one will be admitted once the test has started. You must present your driver's license at the test for admittance.
You may wear comfortable clothing for the written test. However, you will be asked to leave and withdrawn from the hiring process if you wear any revealing clothing or clothing that contains offensive language or gestures.
If hired, the test score will determine seniority among others hired on the same date.
